The hotel is in a fantastic location near the Uber Arena. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. The breakfast had varied items, which I appreciated. I found the room quite nice.

I noticed only one elevator was working. Waiting for the elevator took 2-5 minutes each time. The bed covers seemed small. It looked like they used two single covers on the queen bed. This was new to me in a hotel.

EXCELLENT stay near the Uber Arena!

spacious room friendly staff great location

The room was very spacious. I found lots of space to store my things. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was AMAZING, close to public transportation and Uber Arena. I even took a boat trip nearby.

The bed covers were quite small. They seemed more suitable for single beds, even though there were two used on the queen bed. This was a little surprising.

convenient stay near uber arena

convenient location close proximity

the location was really convenient, especially since i was visiting the uber arena nearby. the availability of many restaurants in the area was a plus. i also appreciated how close the hotel was to the remaining sections of the berlin wall.

the wifi connection in my room was unfortunately quite poor. also there was only one elevator actively working , which often resulted in waiting times of several minutes.

The standard room i stayed in featured comfortable bedding and plenty of natural light. This created a pleasant and relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing, and the room was really very clean.

helpful staff accessible gallery train stations

the hotel is next to uber arena and the east side shopping mall the east side gallery is easily accessible. bus stops and train stations are close by. the staff is friendly helpful and competent. it really helped my stay.

the duvet on the bed was for a single bed even though i booked a double room.

the location was excellent for visiting the mercedes benz arena. the early check-in was a nice surprise (i really needed it after my travel).

The room i booked felt smaller than advertised. the shower looked a bit old. It worked fine, though.
